Oriental Frappe

  • 4 cl LILAH

  • 2 cl Brandy Osborne 8 Years

  • 4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 4 cl Darjeeling tea, no sugar

  • 15 ml Chai Syrup (Le Sirupier)

Pour all the ingredients into

a tin shaker and "throw" 6 times. Serve in a glass filled with crushed ice and grate the nutmeg at the top. Decorate with a flower.
