• 2 Eggs

  • 50 g Sugar

  • 250 g Mascarpone

  • 100 ml LILAH

  • 1 Cups of black tea

  • 150 g Lady fingers biscuits

  • Chocolate powder

  1. Beat the egg yolks and the sugar so that the mass becomes clear. Add the mascarpone and 50 ml of LILAH while stirring.

  2. Whisk the egg whites, pour into the mixture and mix gently.

  3. Place half of the lady fingers in the bottom of a gratin dish (12x24 cm).

  4. Mix the remaining 50 ml of LILAH with the tea and wet the lady fingers with half the liquid. Cover with half of the mascarpone cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.

  5. Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
