LILAH Ice Chai (Photo)

  • 200 ml Cream

  • 2 Eggs

  • 80 g Sugar

  • 100 ml LILAH           

  • 150 ml Milk

  1. Whisk cream.

  2. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff.

  3. Mix the 2 egg yolks with the sugar until a creamy mass is obtained.

  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put in the freezer for 2 hours. Place the preparation in the ice maker.

 

LILAH Chai Sorbet

 

  • 350 ml Water

  • 2 Black tea bags

  • 80 g Sugar

  • 100 ml LILAH           

  • 50 ml Cream

  1. Boil the water and infuse the black tea for 2 min. Stir sugar in and refrigerate.

  2. Add LILAH and cream and mix. Place in the freezer for 2 hours and process in the ice maker.
