LILAH Cheesecake



  • 250 g Graham-Crackers or Biscuits

  • 100 g Melted butter

  • 1 Pinch of salt

  • Butter for the mold

  1. Generously butter a mold with hinges Ø 26cm and wrap externally with aluminum foil to prepare the mold for the water bath.

  2. Finely crush the biscuits, then mix with butter and salt. spread into the bottom of the mold and squeeze.



  • 1 Kg Fresh cheese (double cream)

  • 200 ml LILAH

  • 150 g Sugar

  • 4 Eggs

  • 50 ml Cream

  • 50 g Sifted flour

  • 5 ml Vanilla extract

  • 150 g Melted milk chocolate

  1. Mix the cheese, LILAH and cream in a whipping robot until a smooth paste is obtained. Add sugar, vanilla extract and flour while stirring constantly. Add the eggs one by one.

  2. Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth down. gently pour the melted chocolate in a spiral shape from the middle to the edge and form a pattern using an Asian stick. Place the mold on a plate in the oven. Fill the plate with boiling water to the edge. Bake evenly at 180°C for 45 min. in the middle of the oven. reduce the heat to 150°C and leave for another 30 min. Leave to stand 60 min. door of the oven ajar, then refrigerate 4 hours.
