  • 3 cl LILAH

  • 5 cl Brockmans Gin

  • 1 cl Full cream

  • 1 cl Raspberry syrup

Pour all the ingredients

with ice in a shaker and

shake well. Strain into a

refrigerated glass and fill

with LILAH Espuma *. Decorate

with dry raspberries.


*LILAH Espuma

  • 30 cl Chai tea

  • 2 cl LILAH

  • 1 cl Rose syrup

  • 33 g Pro espuma

Mix well all ingredients

in a blender, pour the whole

into a whipper and let it

cool in the refrigerator.
